Shipping policy
BASE BODY is based (hehe) in Florida - we ship from two distribution centers located in California and Florida.
Please allow 48 hours for your order to dispatch. Once your order ships, you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number.
USA
- Orders over $125+ ship free.
- We offer economy, standard and express shipping options at checkout subject to additional surcharges
INTERNATIONAL
- Shipping surcharges will be calculated at checkout depending on your destination country.
- We offer standard and express options through UPS and DHL.
- All international packages may be subject to customs duties/taxes and it is the customers responsibility for any fees upon arrival.
If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We have a 2-day product warranty policy and our procedure is to send a replacement if deemed defective or faulty.
BASE is not responsible, refund nor reimburse issues related to: wrong or incorrect address issues at checkout, custom fees and/or duties charges, missing packages, delivered not received.
