Refund policy

Returns can be made within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund, store credit or exchange only. All returns must satisfy the following requirements:

• in original condition showing no signs of wear
• have all tags, hygiene stickers, labels, ribbons attached
• absolutely no stains, makeup, deodorant, smells, fluids, etc.
• in original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase
• sent back within 30 days of the delivery date

BASE reserves the right to refuse and returned item that does not adhere to our policy above. Any denied item will be denied and sent back at the customers expense.

We do not offer or provide return shipping labels - you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend receiving a tracking number from the courier for your returned items. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.

All sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges.

Shipping fees, package insurance and return to sender packages are non-refundable. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please email our team at support@shopbasebody.com to submit a return request.
Once received back to us, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process your return.
