• We offer standard and express options through UPS and DHL.
• All international packages may be subject to customs duties/taxes and it is the customers responsibility for any fees upon arrival.

If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We have a 2-day product warranty policy and our procedure is to send a replacement if deemed defective or faulty.

BASE is not responsible, refund nor reimburse issues related to: wrong or incorrect address issues at checkout, custom fees and/or duties charges, missing packages, delivered not received. 

Base Body is not responsible for any import duties, broker fees, customs and taxed incurred on shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to county. As these fees are not computed no applied by Base Body. If you are unsure about the charges please contact your local customs office for further information.
