Please note, you must meet the free shipping threshold after discounts, rewards and promotions have been applied to be eligible for free shipping. 

We are not able to cancel any orders once placed. If you wish to make changes to your address, product style or sizes, please email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee orders can be updated or edited subsequently your order will be subject to our return policy.

If you received a defective or faulty item, please contact us at within 2 days of delivery. We have a 2-day product warranty policy and our procedure is to send a replacement if deemed defective or faulty.

BASE is not responsible for international duties and taxes fees. Duties, taxes and custom fees vary depending on your country and the value of goods. We are also not responsible for unclaimed parcels, custom holding times or incorrect shipping addresses.

If for any reason you decide to reject the parcel, not pay the custom fees, you will not be refunded for your order. Please see our “Return To Sender” information below.

We do not refund return to sender packages. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address, forwarding issue, duties unpaid or not signing for your package, you will receive a store credit minus shipping and $10 restocking fee.

If you did not receive your package, was stolen or the package was damaged by the courier, please file a claim with your courier and/or local authorities immediately.  We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We are not responsible, refund nor reimburse issues related to: wrong or incorrect address issues at checkout, custom fees and/or duties charges, missing packages, delivered not received.
